FAQ: What format are your videos in?
Answer: Most are in .wmv 720x480 resolution (DVD quality), so they're easy to see. Each video says what format it is in as part of the file description.
FAQ: What kind of payment do you accept?
Answer: We accept Visa/MC/Paypal.
FAQ: How soon after ordering will I get my download link?
Answer: It should arrive immediately, within 15 minutes.
FAQ: Help I can't find my email with my download link in my email inbox?
Answer: Check your spam and trash folders, in addition to your main inbox.
FAQ: I tried downloading it, but I can't download it a second time?
Answer: For security purposes, each file is enabled for 3 downloads maximum, from the same IP address. Contact us if any questions about re-enabling your download link.
